In-Home Support services are residential services that take place in an individual’s home, family home, or community settings. Typically we supplement the primary care provided by the individual, family or other unpaid caregiver. Services are designed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the individual.
Support with skills related to personal care activities (toileting, bathing,and grooming, eating, mobility; communication, household chores; food preparation; money)
Monitoring health and physical condition as well as assistance with medication or other medical needs (or both).
Helping to achieve a balanced and productive recreational lifestyle by providing transportation to social events and community activities.
